Termination

You may terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time by discontinuing use of the Site and destroying all materials obtained from the Site. Your access to the Site may be terminated immediately without notice from Static Guard if in Static Guard’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms & Conditions. Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive venue of the state and federal courts located in Bentonville, Arkansas. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Arbitration: Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the Site, or any products, content, materials, or information presented or made available on the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (aaa.org) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or, if AAA is unavailable, a substitute arbitration forum.
